The Veloce are new for 2020 and are being marketed to new indoor climbers. The toe area is wider than most climbing shoes and the rubber is softer, which will allow for more stretch without scrunching your toes. These will be enticing for gym climbers who are on big holds on steep and overhanging walls. They are slightly asymmetrical and downturned, and have a soft midsole. To increase durability, Scarpa made the thickness 4 mm. A must-have beginner climbing shoe.
