Kari Cwynar

is a curator and editor living in Toronto. She is currently Director, with Kara Hamilton, of Kunstverein Toronto, as well as Curator of the Don River Valley Park Art Program. Cwynar studied Art History at Queen’s University and Carleton University and later in the de Appel Curatorial Programme in Amsterdam. She writes for publications including Artforum, Frieze and C Magazine and is Assistant Editor of C Magazine.
