Congratulations to Inuit Art Quarterly and Editor Britt Gallpen

The Inuit Art Foundation is proud to announce that the Inuit Art Quarterly was nominated for two prestigious awards at the inaugural 2017 Canadian Magazine Awards: the Quarterly was shortlisted for Best Magazine in the category Literature and Art, including Poetry and IAQ’s Editor Britt Gallpen has been awarded an Honourable Mention in the Editor Grand Prix. These award nominations are a first in the thirty-year history of the magazine, and the IAQ team would like to thank all of its contributors, featured artists, IAF Board members, past and present staff, including former editors Marybelle Mitchell, Christine Lalonde, Nancy Campbell and Heather Igloliorte, and supporters in helping to make this possible.
