CROZIER, JUNE PAULINE (NEE COLE)

The funeral service for June Pauline Crozier (nee Cole) of Kensington and formerly of Darnley, P.E.I. beloved wife of the late Delmar Crozier was held on Wednesday, July 26th, 2017 from the East Prince Funeral Home Chapel, Summerside by Rev. Pix Butt. The Readings were read by her nieces Bonnie MacRae and Gail Carr. A poem “My Buddy” was written and read by her close friend Sherri Frye. Words of Remembranc­e written by her granddaugh­ter Angela Crozier were shared by Rev. Butt, who also delivered the Meditation and led in the prayers. The opening hymn, “How Great Thou Art” was sung and played by her son Ron. Two duets, “We Won’t Have to Worry” and “In the Sweet By & By” were rendered by Trudy Corbett-Hughes and Roberta Parkman. The congregati­onal hymn led by Trudy and Roberta and joined by members of the Margate Pastoral Charge was “Amazing Grace”. Honorary Pallbearer­s were very close friends: Trudy Corbett-Hughes, Roma Cole-MacLeod, Sherry Frye, Avis Bernard, Margaret Bradley, Faye Coles, Irma Fraser, Pauline Hunter, Agnes Poirier, and Debbie MacPhail. Urn bearers were her son Ron, daughter-in-law Sandra and granddaugh­ter Angela. Also in attendance were employees of Veterans Affairs Canada. Interment for both June and her late husband Delmar took place in the Malpeque Community Cemetery, Malpeque, P.E.I. with Rev. Butt officiatin­g. Arrangemen­ts were entrusted to the East Prince Funeral Home, Summerside.
