HARDY, JESSIE BELL

The funeral for the late Jessie Bell Hardy beloved wife of Leslie C. Hardy of Alberton, was held on Monday, December 31st, 2018 from the E. Gerald Rooney Memorial Chapel Alberton where funeral service was conducted at 2:00 p.m. by the Rev. Sheila McCrea-MacCallum and Rev. Robert Lockhart officiating. Words of Remembrance were delivered by Rev. Robert Lockhart nephew of Jessie. A Poem Miss Me but Let Me Go, was read by great niece, Vanessa MacLeod. The Message “In the Hallmark of Faith was delivered by Rev. Sheila McCrea -MacCallum. During the service Wanda Dunbar and Ruth Smallman sang two Duets He Whispers Peace to Me and Never Grow Old. The congregational hymns were How Great Thou Art and Amazing Grace. The Pianist was Ruth Smallman. The Pallbearers were Tony Lockhart, Douglas Lockhart, Brent Hardy, Jimmy Hardy, Robbie Dunbar and Donald Robinson. Everyone present for the funeral were considered to be Honorary Pallbearers. Interment was in the Church of the Nazarene Cemetery with Rev. Sheila McCrea- MacCallum and Rev. Robert Lockhart officiating.
