SEA SCOUTS: For boys age 11 or older this year. Join the 1st Bayridge Sea­far­ers, a mem­ber of the World Fed­er­a­tion of In­de­pen­dent Scouts. In­struc­tion in boat­ing safety and an op­por­tu­nity to earn the Trans­port Canada Plea­sure Craft Op­er­a­tor Card, your boat op­er­at­ing li­cence, good for life.
