Eyes on the future

What does the future hold for Parenty Reitmeier? After 30 successful years, the women at the head of this now international company aren’t about to call it a day. With a balance between ambition and humility, they look forward to the future with anticipation. Lynn Reitmeier: “Our clients continue to place their trust in us, year after year, and that makes us confident about our future prospects.” We will follow through on our plan and continue building on our past achievements. There’s still so much to do! We have the dream team, but we also continue to recruit to find the key people who will add their talents to the operation and contribute to the growth of the company.”

For Diane Reitmeier, the future goes hand in hand with succession. “Eventually, I’ll have to hand over the reins in order to do other things… Someday! (laughter) I am confident that Lynn and Karen are well prepared to take the business to the next level. And with all our accomplishments, I can see what kind of legacy that I’ll be able to pass down to my children and grandchildren someday. I am very proud of that.”
