EX Yoga 2018

The Barn Hall was full on March 8 when dozens of CFB Bagotville members joined the live yoga session on the 2nd Canadian Army Division Facebook page to mark the International Women's Day.

This activity, called EX Yoga 18, was in its second year. Last year, the Quebec garrisons had launched the event led by 2nd Canadian Division / Joint Task Force ( East). This year, members of CFB Bagotville joined the move- ment. The event was an opportunity to highlight the commitment to provide a fair, respectful and inclusive work environment within the Canadian Armed Forces. The PSP Fitness and Health Promotion Teams, Canex and the Bagotville International Women's Day Committee invited men and women from the military community to gather at the Barn for the event. LCol Michel Cécyre, deputy commander of CFB Bagotville, was also present and he opened the event.
