Harold George Wesley, beloved husband of Laura Wesley, passed away unexpected­ly at home in Lethbridge on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at the age of 89 years.

Besides his loving wife Laura, Harold is remembered by their daughter Sharon Wesley of Calgary and son Terry Wesley of Lethbridge; his brother Arnold (Sharon) Wesley of Raymond and sisters-in-law Joyce Wesley of Calgary, as well as many special nieces and nephews. He was predecease­d by parents Paul and Eldora Wesley; son-in-law JJ Babineau; sisters Berniece (Don) Meldrum, Ethel May (Neil) Slimmon and Grace (Roy) Ondrik; brothers Lenard Wesley, Cecil (Bea) Wesley and Larry Wesley. Harold was born in New Dayton on December 22, 1928 to Paul and Eldora Wesley. He married Laura Ann Williams (better known as Pudd), on February 12, 1954 and they celebrated their sixty fourth wedding anniversar­y just a few days ago. After they were married, they purchased Laura’s family farm south of Foremost. Eventually, retiring to Lethbridge. In the early years, every weekend the family would go to Waterton and go fishing with his uncles and brothers and ride horses up into the back country. Years later, they would go to Duck Lake, Montana to fish.
