1910s — First club chartered May 1918; Christmas party for veterans’ kids; contributed to War Memorial; found 3,000 books for new library
1920s — Developed Henderson Lake beach, playground; operated midway at the fair; sent 100 boys to camp; held first tree-planting project
1930s — Purchased ambulance for Red Cross; ran city’s ice arena (three years); bought 700 food hampers for local families; worked with Cardston, Calgary, Montana clubs to create International Peace Park
1940s — War Bonds, Victory Bonds campaigns; started son and daughter banquets; began Rotary Christmas Carol Festival; Red Cross blood donor, funding drives
1950s — Assisted local rehabilitation society; sponsored baseball, curling, track events; sponsored travelling Shakespeare shows; planted trees along North Parkside Drive
1960s — Organized Spring Choral Festival; Mardi Gras dances for fundraising; organized youth visits, exchanges; started Rotary Male Chorus
1970s — Supported new Rotary Park on westside; started student scholarship program; Youth Forum, Summer Youth Exchange; collected at Salvation Army kettles
1980s — Supported Meals on Wheels, Food Bank; bought “Books on the Move” library van; children’s garden project; Lethbridge College expansion project
1990s — Supported U of L library campaign; helped Navy League, Boys & Girls Club; supported Habitat for Humanity build; backed MRI project in Lethbridge
2000s — Launched Dragon Boat Festival; helped develop Rotary Park; revitalization of Galt Gardens; partnerships with Rotaract clubs
2010s — Rotary Plaza at Casa; more international projects; Plans for 100-year celebration
