Clippers win in overtime

Lethbridge Collegiate Institute Clippers needed overtime, but were able to secure an 8479 victory over the Magrath Pandas in Southern Alberta High School Girls Basketball League play.

Maddi Boehme scored 23 points for the winners, who held a narrow 35-34 lead at halftime.

Presley Heggie added 19 points for the Clipper Queens, and Annah Westrop scored 13.

Macie Wocknitz answered with 21 points for the Pandas, followed by Hattie Ogden with 19 and Emily Hall with 11.
