VOLUNTEER LETHBRIDGE ASSOCIATIONKEEP IN TOUCH VOLUNTEER CALLER

-

Keep in Touch is a program created by Volunteer Lethbridge to support seniors in our community. They are looking for volunteers that would like to make a difference in seniors’ lives. Volunteer Lethbridge

works with volunteers to match with seniors for 1-2 calls per week. Knowing that someone cares, and is there to share stories and laugh with, adds a lot of good to life. Volunteers will be provided with all the tips and tools to build a good relationship! An interview, references and police check are required. Volunteers will read the training materials and participate in a one hour seniors guidance session. Volunteers must physically live in Lethbridge or the surrounding area. Are you a senior who is feeling lonely and would like someone to keep in touch with? If you know a senior who is suffering from loneliness or isolation to be a participant in this program, contact Volunteer Lethbridge. For more information phone: 403-332-4320 or email: helpinghands@volunteerlethbridge.com.
