• Making Herstory: Roman Catholic Women Priests in Lethbridge panel discussion 7 p.m. Friday April 29 at Southminst­er United RCWP Canada is a movement of renewal in the RC Church. • Lethbridge Sport Council Roving Gyms program nurtures physical literacy, the love of movement, and provides an environmen­t for families to connect. Tuesdays 6 - 7 p.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church (West) and Thursdays - 10-11 a.m. at Servus Sports Centre (South).

• Parkbridge Estates country music jams have returned. Every Thursday evening from 5 p.m to 8 p.m. Address is 2928 - 29 Street South (in behind Leon’s). $3 admission. Come sing, perform, dance or just listen. A backup band is provided if needed/wanted. Hope to see everyone there!

• Shaughness­y country music jam sessions on the 1st and 3rd Sunday monthly. These will take place at the Community Hall (the old school). Backup band provided if wanted/needed. Goes from 1 p.m. to 5

p.m. and cost is $5 at the door. Come sing, play something, dance or just listen. Hope to see everyone there.

• Nord-Bridge Seniors Centre Monday Jam Sessions 1904 - 13 Ave. N. open to anyone in the community ($3 charge for non-members), listen to music and meet new people, 9:30-11:30 a.m. Call 403-3293222 for more info.

• Alberta Genealogy Society Lethbridge Branch Located at # 128 909 3 Ave N, Lethbridge, AB T1H 0H5. The AGS Resource Center has reopened to the public. Opening times are Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 1:30 – 4:30 PM. Masking is preferred but optional. • The Lethbridge Military Museum at the Vimy Ridge Armoury, Lethbridge Airport (337 Stubb Ross Road) is open to the public each Wednesday from 12 noon to 4 p.m. Special arrangemen­ts for other times/ days can be made by calling 403-892-6531. There is no cost for admittance. Wearing a mask is required.

• Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organizati­on Drive Happiness Program volunteer drivers take seniors to their medical appointmen­ts, to pick up groceries or take them to important life activities. Many seniors in our community are facing extreme loneliness due to the lack of accessible transporta­tion. Even one ride can make a difference. • The MCC Thrift Shop, operated by the Mennonite Central Committee, is a registered charity and is located at 1117 2a Avenue North. Your generous contributi­ons raise money to directly support poverty reduction in Lethbridge and abroad. The shop is open Monday through Saturday from11:00 - 5:00, and open for donations Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 - 4:30. We can be reached at (403) 329-4808.

• Interfaith Food Bank - The Second Door Thrift Store, located at 1103-3rd Ave. N, has refreshed a collection of glassware, as well as children’s books and toys. Come check us out, 9:30-3:30, Monday to Friday.

• Rehoboth Garden Center will be hosting their Annual Spring Sale & BBQ on Saturday May 7, 2022. Coffee will be on at 9:30am, BBQ & Bake Sale will start at 10:00am – 1:00 pm. at 1222 – 20 Street Coaldale (1 km north from the intersecti­on of Hwy 3 & Hwy 845) For info call 403-3455199.

• Trinity Thrift Store operated by Trinity United Church in Picture Butte at 528 Maple Cres S. will be opening Thursday May 12, 1pm-4pm.
