• One Acts Festival - Saturday May 14, 7:30pm in the Sterndale-Bennett Theatre. Tickets $10 at the door. Doors open at 7pm. There will be 3 short One Act plays which will be publicly adjudicated, and several other pieces of entertainment. The winning play will go on to represent our region at the Provincial Festival in Camrose at the end of May. Light refreshments will be provided. Come to the Sterndale to support local theatre and enjoy an evening of lighthearted, mostly comedic performances!
• Save Our Churches Association (SOCA): Annual General Meeting, 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., Sunday May 15, 2022 at the German Canadian Club (902 - 6 Street North). Annual reports; Update on the appeal to the Vatican; Future of St. Patrick’s Church; Election of Board of Directors. Only members may attend; new members are welcome.
Membership will be available at the door (one-time fee of $5.00).
• Shaughnessy country music jam sessions on the 1st and 3rd Sunday monthly. These will take place at the Community Hall (the old school). Backup band provided if wanted/ needed. Goes from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and cost is $5 at the door. Come sing, play something, dance or just listen. Hope to see everyone there.
• Nord-Bridge Seniors Centre Monday Jam Sessions 1904 - 13 Ave. N. open to anyone in the community ($3 charge for non-members), listen to music and meet new people, 9:30-11:30 a.m.

• Exploring Buddhism - (Buddhist Temple of Southern Alberta, 470-40 Street S. Lethbridge) Saturdays, at 10:30 a.m. to 12 noon. Study class to learn the history and fundamentals of Jodo Shinshu Buddhism.
