• Empowered Filmmaking Master Class hosted by the Interfaith Food Bank in partnershi­p with Reconcilia­tion Lethbridge. Aspiring future Indigenous film makers will be taking part in a week of training May 23-27. Callout to local film makers/photograph­ers to help support the students. • Shaughness­y country music jam sessions on the 1st and 3rd Sunday monthly. These will take place at the Community Hall (the old school). Backup band provided if wanted/ needed. Goes from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and cost is $5 at the door. Come sing, play something, dance or just listen. Hope to see everyone there.

• Lethbridge Food Addicts in Recovery Anonymous meets Mondays and Wednesdays at 9 a.m. via conference call. Please call Josephine, 587-821-2288 in advance for details on how to join the call.

• Nord-Bridge Seniors Centre Monday Jam Sessions are back from 9:30am-12pm. There is a $3 charge for non members to attend.

• Ss Peter & Paul Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church welcomes everyone to Divine Liturgy Sundays at 10 a.m. The church is located on the corner of 12B Street and 7 Avenue North. We celebrate the Divine Liturgy in both Ukrainian and English, as well as many Ukrainian cultural traditions both spirituall­y and socially.

• Let’s Study the Buddha Dharma (Buddhist Temple of Southern Alberta, 470-40 Street S.) Saturdays at 10:30am to noon. Come and join us. This is a study class to learn the history and fundamenta­ls of Jodo Shinshu Buddhism. You are welcome to an open and free discussion without judgement. • Schizophre­nia Awareness Day Strides of Hope walk is being held be the Schizophre­nia Society of Lethbridge on Wednesday May 24 from 12:30-1:30 at Galt Gardens, meeting by the Rotary Spray park. Everyone welcome and encouraged to wear purple.
