invites community members to participat­e in a free, weekly, computer-timed and recorded 5km walk, jog or run. Our Parkrun is one of about 2100 Parkruns held around the world. Dogs on leashes and kids in strollers are welcome too. The Henderson Lake Parkrun starts at the Kinsmen Picnic Shelter at 9 a.m. every Saturday. It doesn’t cost anything to attend A.A. meetings. There are no age or education requiremen­ts to participat­e. Membership is open to anyone who wants to do something about their drinking problem.
