Neudorf to speak at SACPA on electricity
MLA for Lethbridge East and Minister of Affordability and Utilities Nathan Neudorf will address the Southern Alberta Council on Public Affairs Thursday.
The weekly session starts at noon in the dining room of the Lethbridge Seniors Citizens Organization.
Neudorf’s topic will be “rethinking Alberta’s electricity?”
During his talk, Neudorf will go into details of the provincial utility market and provide insights into its current state. He’ll also be discussing key factors that impact affordability of electricity.

Neudorf was first elected to serve the Lethbridge East constituency on April 16, 2019 and was re-elected last May.
Neudorf has a civil and structural engineering diploma, is a red seal carpenter and gold seal project manager who worked in commercial construction before entering politics.
He has been an active community volunteer, serving with various associations and boards including as past-president of the Lethbridge Construction Association. He was also on the board of the Alberta Construction Safety Association, and Worker’s Compensation Board.
During his time in office, has served as deputy premier and Minister of Agriculture.
