• Gino: A Child of War is an inspiring docu-drama about Canadian soldiers who discover and care for a five-year-old orphan boy in Second World War Italy. Presented by the Lethbridge United Services Institute on May 5 at the Movie Mill at 2 p.m. Tickets are $10 at the Lethbridge Legion Bar or by calling Glenn Miller at 403-360-6076. A Q&A with the director and producer will follow the screening.

We’ll have the supplies, and the coffee on for this no pressure, informal weekly gathering - a great way for any crafter to come by, build connection and work on their own projects in a beautiful, calming space.
