• The Lethbridge Military Museum at the Vimy Ridge Armoury, Lethbridge Airport (337 Stubb Ross Road) is open to the public each Wednesday from 12 noon to
4 p.m. Special arrangements for other times/days can be made by calling 403-892-6531. There is no cost for admittance.
• Army Navy Airforce Unit 34

• Blankets for Canada: Lethbridge meets every Thursday morning from 11:00 to 12:30 at Southminster United Church. We welcome volunteers to knit, crochet or sew blankets to join us. Let’s keep Lethbridge warm this winter. We also welcome donations of yarn or material. Drop off at Michaels or Southminster.
• Lethbridge Food Addicts in Recovery Anonymous meets Mondays and Wednesdays at 9 a.m. via conference call. Please call Josephine, 587-821-2288 in advance for details on how to join the call.
• Lethbridge Sport Council Roving Gyms will be transitioning to their outdoor programming
later this spring. Check lethbridgesportcouncil.ca/programs/ roving-gyms for updates.
• Martha Retreat Centre hosts numerous events throughout the month, including Mass, prayer sessions, meditation, presentations and workshops. See martharetreatcentre.ca for more info.
• The Second Door Thrift Store (1103-3rd Ave. N.) Come and check the selection from 9:30-3:30 Monday to Friday.
• Southern Alberta Council on Public Affairs every Thursday from noon - 1 p.m. at the LSCO (Lethbridge Senior Citizen Organization) at 500 11 St. S. There is no cost to attend, but donations are gratefully accepted. This week’s presenter is Lethbridge Police Service Sgt. • Women and Girls Only swim program hosted by Lethbridge Sport Council, in collaboration
with Recreation Excellence and Lethbridge Family Services Immigrant Services, provide a safe and designated space for Women and Girls who are unable to participate in traditional or mixed- gender activities because of culture, religion, beliefs, trauma, insecurities, etc. May

• Gino: A Child of War is an inspiring docu-drama about Canadian soldiers who discover and care for a five-year-old orphan boy in Second World War Italy.
