• Barons Legion is open Friday evenings 6:30-9:30 at 205 Main St. Come out to socialize, play darts, shuffleboard, crib, board games, etc. Open to Legion & Ladies Auxiliary members and guests.
• Coffee Party & Bake Sale hosted by the Friendship Unit of Knox U.C.W. is set for Saturday, May 11 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Taber Knox United Church Lower Hall. Bring a friend!
• The Lethbridge and District Horticulture Society in conjunction with Hilgersom Landscaping will be hosting a perennial plant exchange on Saturday May 11 from 9 a.m. to noon at Hilgersom Landscaping located just east of Evergreen Golf on the highway to Coutts. Bring a plant(s) and then take some away - or for a donation if you do not have one to bring. Open to the public.
• Coyote Flats Pioneer Village Jam Session Saturday May 11 at 7 p.m. in Kleeman Hall at Coyote Flats Pioneer Village just outside Picture Butte. Come on out and kick up your heels!
• Coalhurst Community Spring Market is this Saturday May 11 at the Coalhurst Community Centre (527 - 50 Ave, Coalhurst) from 9 a.m. -3 p.m. More than 45 vendors and food trucks. Free admission. Info at bit.ly/springmarket-2024 • Lethbridge Sport CouncilSportFest - FREE event for families, young adults and sport enthusiasts which features local sport organizations showcasing programs offered in our community! This year there will be a Calm Before the Fest (9-10am) which is an opportunity for neurodivergent individuals to explore sport options in a quieter, less-busy environment. May 11 at 10am - 4pm (Calm Before the Fest, 9 - 10am) at the Servus Sports Centre
• Lethbridge Highland Dance Association 42nd Open Competition on Saturday May 11 from 8:30 to 4 pm at Winston Churchill High School, 1605 15th Ave. N. Come watch Highland Dancers from across the province and beyond compete to live bagpipe music! Admission only $3 per person.
• The Royal Canadian Legion Ladies Auxiliary will be holding their final General Meeting for the season on Tuesday, May 14th at 6:30 P.M. in the Legion boardroom. A light luncheon will be held after the meeting. The LA is also having a Mothers Day Craft/ Bake sale to be held on May 11th in the Legion Boardroom from 10am to 1 pm.
