National bragging rights
A shot of the 2020 Memorial eCup champion Medicine Hat Tigers after Lukas Svejkovsky finished a 64-team video game tournament undefeated to win a fun-filled nationwide event for charity. Svejkovsky has elected to split $1,000 between the Medicine Hat News Santa Claus Fund and the Medicine Hat Women’s Shelter Society. The 19-year-old Tigers forward was dominant over the three-week event, outscoring his opponents 43-11 enroute to the championship.
