If the News would balance their editorial left wing rants with a writer who has a right wing view of the world. National and municipal governments should be in the cross hairs cause lots of stories there demand attention and dissection.

Think it’s great that a (certain) big box store implements a policy of customers over 60 or with underlying health conditions be allowed to shop between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. Monday to Saturday. However was very disappointed to be there at 8:15 on Friday, only to find at least a dozen or more customers obviously under 40 doing their shopping. The response from the manager I questioned? “Oh we just let everyone in.” What a joke, why make the policy in the first place?

The ‘Medicine Hat advantage’ was over two decades ago and, anyway, you get what you pay for. If winter is now going to start way before Halloween here, we are done with the place and looking to greener pastures elsewhere: a mindset that surely others must be considering seriously. To the individual who thinks they have a clue about providing cleanliness in prisons vs providing cleanliness for senior care. BOTH places should be clean. Prisoners have rights too. Look it up. It’s on the Canadian Human
Rights commission Website. If you have a senior relative that lives in unsanitary conditions, that’s on you to correct, not the government. It called taking care of the ones you love. People blame way to much on the government... step up and take charge of your own life.

For all those scared of the virus, wear a mask, social distance, lock yourself down, if need be and get vaccinated. But leave me alone. Gnostics are aware their Soul is Divine Energy and thus have no fear. That’s for religious god-fearing people. Christians wait for salvation in Jesus. Gnostics obtain salvation within themselves. In Goddess we trust.

That our Government and the establishment keep flaunting the man made carbon “pollution” farce when the scientists that they are ignoring are saying that carbon levels will naturally continue to increase long after man made emissions reach “net zero”. Our ignorance and narcissisms keep telling us that we can control nature. Carbon tax is just a way for the idiots to feel like they are in control.

That Mr. Collin Gallant, reporter for the News, is continuing to do followup stories on the Aurora shutdown and the realization of this debacle for the mayor and council. Thank you and keep asking questions. The mayor and council need to realize and acknowledge this “white elephant” in public, among obvious similar ones, and apologize to the citizens and taxpayers at a minimum. In addition, please confirm no more overhyped preferential deals or better yet... they should just resign.
