“Tough as Nails” (CBS — season premiere, Feb. 10)

Emmy winner Phil Keoghan (“The Amazing Race”) isn’t afraid to put in whatever it takes to get the job done in his various professional capacities, so it’s only natural he’d wind up hosting and executive producing Season 2 of this reality competition series that both challenges and celebrates working-class Americans. Contestants undertake real-world designated tasks to check their strength, endurance, agility and mental toughness. Even if they “punch out” in the individual competition, they still have a chance to win additional prizes in team competitions.
