Leafs edge Flames in overtime

William Nylander scored his second goal of the night 1:06 into overtime as the Toronto Maple Leafs defeated the Calgary Flames 2-1 Wednesday.

Michael Hutchinson stopped 21 shots for Toronto (15-4-2) in his second consecutive start in place of Frederik Andersen. The team’s top netminder remains out with a lower-body ailment.
