Still only 14 himself, Lucas already finds himself swept up in the often violent drug world, but he is determined to keep his younger brother Miguel from making the same mistakes he did and winding up in a gang. That resolve forces the boys to run from a ruthless drug lord, but they soon find help in a troubled war veteran, Daniel, who recently moved into their neighborhood. In what is essentially a non-verbal role, Jean-Claude Van Damme gets top billing; Elijah Rodriguez and Nicholas Sean Johnny also star.
