“City on a Hill” (Showtime — season premiere, March 28)

Kevin Bacon and Aldis Hodge return as, respectively, FBI agent Jackie Rohr and assistant district attorney Decourcy Ward as this critically well-received drama returns for a second season. These eight new episodes revolve around a federal housing project in the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston, an area rife with drug violence and an understandable distrust in local law enforcement.
