“Movie: Killing Patient Zero”

Crave’s “Hot Docs Collection” kicks off with this 2019 Canadian documentary from director Laurie Lynd (“Breakfast With Scot”), about Gaetan Dugas, an openly gay man in early 1980s Quebec City who contracted HIV and was subsequently demonized for his promiscuity and wrongfully identified as patient zero before his death in 1984.
