Long-term staff and family values are found at core of Grover Dental’s success

-

Chances are you’ll be greeted by a friendly, familiar face who will know you by name when you arrive at Grove Dental for a check-up.

Making patients feels like family is what sets Grove Dental apart from other dentists and why our readers voted their practise as the best in the city.

Staff redundancy typically speaks volumes about how small businesses operate and treat their employees.

At Grover Dental, each staff member has worked at the practice for at least five years, with a majority working more than 20.

“When you have long term staff and able to connect with the patient and make their visit be a little bit more less stressful,” said Rachelle Lawrence, office manger.

“Because they know that the people that they’re coming in to see we have a relationship with them.”

Those years experience and expertise guarantees Grover Dental clients leave each of their visits with outstanding oral health and can be sure their dentist will make sure their teeth look their best.

“Our assistants in the back end are generous with their long term care,” said Lawrence. “They go the extra mile to make them feel comfortable and they’re gentle with them…They let them ask lots of questions and go the extra mile to make them feel comfortable and not be worried about their dental treatment.”

The knowledgeable staff at Grover

Dental are experts with insurance and benefit coverage and are also willing to call insurance companies to make sure their clients are getting the best coverage available.

“( We) help them to understand what their costs are going to be so that when they’re coming in, they’re not going to be surprised,” said Lawrence. “We do allow them to let the insurance company pay and then they just have to pay their portion, just little things like that.”

If you are looking for the best oral health care in the Hat, Grover Dental is currently accepting new patients.

“What we are about is our patient care and making sure that our patients are cared for,” said Lawrence. “And providing an atmosphere for them that they’re able to feel comfortable coming in asking questions receiving treatment and not being afraid or any of those negative feelings when they come into the clinic.”
