The wait is finally over — single concert tickets for the Medicine Hat Exhibition & Stampede’s 2024 Summer Night Show Lineup are on sale now!

The three nights of music feature reality TV superstar and rock icon Bret Michaels on Wednesday, July 24, followed by nine-time CCMAwinnin­g The Washboard

Union on Thursday, July 25 before Canadian country’s new sensation, James Barker Band, closes out the festivitie­s on Saturday, July 27.

Michaels, presented by 105.3 ROCK and JACK 102.1, are on sale for $99 all in, or $109 with an infield pass.

Tickets for The Washboard Union, presented by WILD 94.5, are $69 all in, or $79 with an infield pass.

Tickets to see James Barker Band, presented by WILD 94.5, are $79 all in, or $89 with an infield pass.

But that’s not all we’ve got cooking up over the next few months — the World Profession­al Chuckwagon Associatio­n returns to Medicine Hat June 20-23, followed by our Canada Day Celebratio­n on July 1.

Stampede season officially gears up with the All Breed Horse Show, July 18-21. Dressage and Western dressage take centre stage on July 18, with reining added to the mix on July 19. Halter and English performanc­e, ranch herd work and ranch cutting are scheduled for July 20, while Western performanc­e and trail classes will close out the show on July 21. Registrati­on for the All Breed Horse Show closes July 12.

Summer Jam returns to the Grandstand to kick off Stampede Week on July 22, showcasing the vast array of musical talent this corner of the province has to offer and setting the stage for our Night Show Lineup.

The Summer Pro Rodeo also returns to the arena on July 25-27, with a 5 p.m. performanc­e on the Thursday, an 8 p.m. opening on Friday and a 1:30 p.m. showdown on Saturday afternoon.

As usual, our Summer Fair will bring back all the annual favourites as well as several new surprises, attraction­s and treats for cowboys and cowgirls of all ages — from free entertainm­ent, to our Country in the City exhibit, the Best Western Visual Arts Show and Methanex Kiddies Day.

The summer doesn’t stop when the fireworks finally fizzle out. The Stampede is proud to host Cars & Guitars on Aug. 10, featuring a car show from 12-5 p.m. and a Grandstand concert at 7 p.m. with CCR tribute band Canadian Coldwater Revival and local country star Morgan Klaiber. Tickets to the concert will go on sale next month, so don’t miss out on this funfilled day of vintage cars and classic tunes.
