Doc Zone

Tonight’s documentary,

Generation Jobless, takes a critical look at the growing unemployment rate among university and college graduates in their early to midtwenties. The rate hovers around 15 per cent, nearly twice the national average, and is blamed on globalization, automation and the fact that many 60 to 65year-olds can no longer afford to retire. The doc takes a look at the approach of the Swiss, where the rate is down to 2.8 per cent.
