IF NOVEMBER 23 IS YOUR BIRTHDAY: Between now and mid-January, you may develop a more ambitious attitude. Be prepared to buckle down to a determined and concentrated effort, especially where your career and financial condition is concerned. This is a great time to make financial decisions, but you’re more gullible or slightly distracted by the pull of romantic yearnings. From January through mid-February, groups, organizations and community functions can be of importance. Because you shine as a friend to many, those friends will be delighted to be helpful when needed. Wait until July to make personal decisions or launch major initiatives because if you need assistance or added support a benevolent force will appear to provide just what you need.
