LYVANO RESTAURANT

- 4 rue Principale 450-298-1119 restaurantlyvano.com

Fine dining in a village setting. Open for lunch and dinner. The menu changes regularly, but it might feature scallop tartare for a starter, or a verrine of avocado shrimp and fresh local tomatoes. Pasta, such as mushroom ravioli with sage butter or fettuccine with smoked salmon and dill, is a specialty of the house. A handsome clapboard house has been restored and converted into an elegant dining room. Outside, the tables are clustered on a terrasse that flanks the Pike River. It’s a truly romantic setting and the food is good.
