Colliers posts $ 35.7M Q4 profit

Colliers International Group Inc. on Friday reported fourth- quarter earnings of $ 35.7 million US. On a per- share basis, the company said it had net income of 92 cents US. Earnings, adjusted for one- time gains and costs, were $ 1.06 US per share. The commercial real estate services provider posted revenue of $ 556.1 million in the period. Its shares have fallen 23 per cent since the beginning of the year.
