Politicians end up in wrong country
A pair of Swedish politicians had some explaining to do after they left a conference — and ended up in the wrong country. The lawmakers accidentally got on the wrong bus after filing out of an energy summit in Dunkirk and heading to what they thought was their hotel. But instead of returning to their Ibis hotel in the French town, they were ferried to one of the chain’s outlets in Belgium. Their plight was made worse by a language barrier. The two representatives were returned to their rightful hotel around midnight.
