Senneville to sue over unfinished residential project

Senneville is planning legal action against property owners over an unfinished residential construction project.

Town council tabled a resolution on Jan. 25 to authorize legal proceedings against the owners of 218 Senneville Rd. for unfinished construction work.

The owners of 218 Senneville Rd., according to the municipal valuation roll, are Dollard-des-Ormeaux residents Michael Mazzaferro and Claudia Russo.

Russo said she is somewhat surprised that Senneville is seeking legal recourse. She said they had plans to build a new home in Senneville and work started a few years ago, but has since halted.
