Groupe Quorum’s vision for the unique Highlands project is to offer a serene and secure living environment in a beautiful natural setting surrounded by hundreds of century-old trees and nestled between the Lachine Canal and the St-Lawrence River.

Located at 161 Stirling Ave. in LaSalle West, the project is a five-minute walk to the LaSalle commuter train station, transporting you to downtown Montreal in less than 15 minutes. There is also a bus route, which stops directly in front of the project, that brings you directly to the Angrignon Terminus — or, for those who prefer the outdoors, the Lachine Canal bike path is conveniently accessible down the street. The waterfront isn’t the only feature easily accessible from the project; a pedestrian path to adjacent Mohawk Park’s soccer field and two tennis courts is included in the development plans.

Highlands offers the perfect balance: a modernized living space complete with elevator and interior/exterior parking in a peaceful living environment, just outside the city’s hustle and bustle. The condo building also includes a common rooftop terrace with a fire pit and a private communal gardening area.

In addition, what makes this project unique is its price point. “The condos in this new development are at the lowest prices in all of Dorval, LaSalle and Lachine. We challenge anyone that can find a lower price for the same quality and inclusions.’’ said Maxime Laporte, director of real estate development at Groupe Quorum.

The three-storey condo building is currently under construction, and delivery is set for this summer.
