Spectacular floor-to-ceiling windows, nine- to 10foot ceilings, striking kitchen designs, sleek spacious balcony-terraces, riverside or golf-side views; every detail of the L | L sur le Lac condominiums and penthouses has been carefully designed and executed.

“We favoured a functional and elegant design for a living environment that is open to nature,” said Alain Desgagné of the firm Innédesign. “We wanted to create an urban esthetic that embraces nature and broadens horizons, which is why we opted for materials such as glass, steel, wood and slate.”

The large entrance with its extensive walk-in closet makes a grand statement upon entering this 1,674square-foot space. The floor-to-ceiling windows, which cover most of the walls in this modern openconcept living area, allow for an abundance of natural light and beautiful views over the golf greens or the river. Design features such as a double sink in the master bathroom, a large food pantry adjacent to the kitchen, an oversized kitchen island and vast outdoor space are some of the features which make the L | L living spaces unique and exceptional.

This layout can also be customized, which is a rare advantage for new construction developments. With the support of the design team, buyers will be able to modify the layout and finishings to fashion the home of their dreams.

A similar 1,730-square-foot, two-bedroom model can be visited at the L | L Presentation Centre sales pavilion at 1000 Les Érables St., on the corner of StAntoine Rd. The unit won three awards in the luxury category of Les Prix Habitat Design last year.
