A road challenge for Coderre

I just returned from another bone-jarring, car-destroying trip into town from the West Island, and I would like to challenge Mayor Denis Coderre to find a road that hasn’t been built or repaired in the past year and then draw a circle 20 feet in diameter that doesn’t have a crack, bump or hole within it.
