Connection at the heart of luxurious new apartment building

Home is more than an address and a roof over your head. It’s a community. A culture. A way of life. That’s why the developers of a new rental apartment building now under construction in Montreal say they aren’t just building a place to live. They’re building a lifestyle.

StanBrooke, located on Stanley Street at the corner of Sherbrooke in Montreal’s Golden Square Mile, is designed to help residents feel connected through cutting-edge technology and community-oriented gathering spaces that create links between neighbours, their neighbourhood and the world beyond.

Developed by Brivia Group and TianQing Group, the 19-storey building has been designed with luxurious rental apartments and spacious common areas to encourage residents to meet and mingle.

Guido Caso, vice president of Sales and Marketing at Brivia Group, said StanBrooke is unique in the Golden Square Mile, offering amenities in a residential rental tower that meet or exceed what you would expect from a condo.

“It’s all-inclusive luxury condo living,” said Caso. “It’s simple, you pay your rent and that’s it, you have no other bills.”

The studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments range in size from 364 to 1130 square feet and feature floorto-ceiling windows looking out over vibrant city streets. Wi-Fi and all utilities are included in the rent, and units come with five appliances included. The building also offers parking areas for bicycles and cars, and secure storage areas. When residents are in the mood for some company or a change of scene, they can work out in the gym, relax on the rooftop deck, or take a magazine or laptop to the lounge.

“We designed it to have private spaces within the communal areas, so you don’t need to be out in the open,” said Caso. On the rooftop deck, cozy nooks will be created for curling up with a book, watching the sunset or chatting with friends.

The interior lounge, adjacent to the rooftop deck, includes coworking stations where freelancers, students and professionals can work without isolating themselves in a home office or camping out in a coffee shop. The lounge too, will offer both quiet, solitary spaces and areas where groups can gather and hang out.

The building itself is also connected. Caso said the apartments will be internet-connected “smart homes” equipped with home automation systems and other high-tech features.

“When you live at StanBrooke, StanBrooke lives with you,” he said.

Construction on StanBrooke, at 2061 Stanley St., will be complete in July 2018. To put your name on a list to reserve an apartment, or for more information on the development, visit
