Six hours stuck on ground is too long

Re: “Stuck passengers felt like ‘luggage’”

(NP Montreal, Aug. 31) Leaving passengers on a hot plane in Ottawa for six hours should be put into perspective.

It is the equivalent to a flight from Montreal to Europe with no services or air conditioning — except the plane is going nowhere.

I have Tourette Syndrome and get impatient with any kind of a long delay and don’t know what I would’ve done in a situation such as this.
