The Meals on Wheels kitchens serving Pierrefond­s, Kirkland, and Valois are in great need of volunteer drivers and deliverers. The meals are delivered Tuesdays and Thursdays between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Each volunteer is assigned one day a month. Two hours of your time once a month to provide a good meal to lonely seniors. Other Meals on Wheels kitchens are in need of cooks, same commitment same days and times. Minimum age: 18 years old.

We are looking for volunteers to join our Contact program, placing friendly phone calls to seniors inquiring about their well-being. The calls are made from our centre in Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue three times a week, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Minimum age 18.

Looking for volunteers to join our handyman program. Volunteers should be able to fix a leaky faucet, replace a door knob, install or take out an AC window unit, etc. This is a service we provide to low-income seniors who live on their own. All volunteers must fill out a background security check, which can be done at our office. Minimum age 18.
