Police seek victims of alleged pimp

Investigators in the Montreal police major crimes section’s sexual exploitation unit are seeking witnesses, or victims of a 22-year-old alleged pimp who was recently arrested along with an 18-year-old female alleged accomplice. Kadeem Noël, 22, was arrested Monday by uniformed officers and a SWAT team and is alleged to have recruited a runaway 15-year-old girl to work as a prostitute. Tatiana Isabel Sanchez, 18, was arrested two days earlier. Noël appeared in court on Thursday and was charged with human trafficking, pimping, armed assault and using a false firearm. Sanchez faces similar charges. Police are urging any potential victims of the pair or anyone who may have been a witness to their activities to go to their local police station to file a complaint or call 911.
