So, when would Seaspan deliver?

Seaspan vice-president Tim Page’s summary dismissal of Sen. Colin Kenny’s claims as fictitious might have been more persuasive had he provided Seaspan’s delivery dates for the support ships and a comparative costing showing that Seaspan’s plan would be the least expensive option.

If the government were set on giving me a shipload of taxpayers’ money, I too would be in favour of its plan.
