Fear of falling rises with taxes

I just received my tax bill — it has increased by $280!

I would like to know why Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie is again among the hardest hit boroughs. It is not like we have been able to walk around without fear of falling on the ice rinks — oops, I mean sidewalks and streets.
