THE VISION

Square Equinox 3 is located in Quartier Greenwich. This master-planned community has been designed as an eco-responsible neighbourhood following principles of sustainable development. Square Equinox 3 is aiming for LEED® Gold Certification. In 2017, the USGBC honoured Sotramont with the “LEED Homes Power Builder” award, developed to recognize an elite developer and builder that has exhibited an outstanding commitment to LEED and the green building movement within the residential sector. Sotramont are the first and only builder in Canada to receive this award.

Quartier Greenwich is designed for mutual healthy living and fosters a sense of community. Residents share their natural parks, bike trails, and oversized sidewalks with the general public. There are also community recycling and compost stations.

The neighbourhood’s location provides residents with many transportation options, including commuter rail service and public buses. Quartier Greenwich is within walking distance from the future Réseau Express Métropolitain train station. Just a 30-minute journey to and from downtown Montreal, trains will run every 10 minutes.

It also has a high walking score, enabling most errands to be accomplished by foot. For drivers, main transportation routes are easily accessed and Montreal’s international airport is only 15 minutes away.
