O’NEILL, Ruby Mary

May 6, 1929 - April 8, 2018

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ruby Mary O’Neill at the Foyer in Sutton, Quebec on Sunday, April 8, 2018 at the age of 88. Third youngest of eleven children, she will be deeply missed by her dear sisters Phyllis, Mary, Terry and Rita, her seven children: Mary (Doug), Bill Jr. (Lauren), Margaret, Randal, Cathy (Marvin), Theresa and Vincent (Sheryl), her eleven grandchildren: Krystina, Mark, Stephen, Connor, Andrew, Zoobie, Alexandria, Emily, Abby, Miranda and Joshua; as well as many nieces and nephews. She received a degree in Theology from the University of Montreal. She touched the lives of many through her successful career as a registered nurse, her participation in Cursillo, and her “open door” policy made her the “other mother” for many of her children’s friends.
