Poor planning at superhospital
Re: “MUHC to improve accessibility to its public bathrooms” (Montreal Gazette, Sept. 20)
So 3½ years after it opened, the Glen site superhospital needs renovations to make its public bathrooms fully accessible to those in wheelchairs.
The architects/engineers didn’t think of this before?
Oh, yes — and don’t forget the malfunctioning backup generator that recently left operating rooms in the dark during surgeries.
But they do have flashlights on standby.
