MYSTERY LIES AHEAD FOR NFLER

-

Jonotthan Harrison’s career path after football will include plenty of mystery. The New York Jets centre has his sights set on solving murders as a larger-thanlife homicide detective. “It sounds strange, but I’m a real puzzle-type guy,” the six-foot-four, 300-pound Harrison said. “I have all kinds of puzzles on my phone, puzzles at home, I do picture puzzles. It’s just something that, to me, is a form of a puzzle and it really sparked my interest.” The 27-year-old Harrison is in his fifth NFL season, but he has backup plans for the future. First, he wants to pursue something in athletic training. But his “Plan B” is to get involved in homicide detective work. “I’ve spoken to a few people involved with law enforcement,” he said, “and they’ve told me they can get me on a fast track through the academy and whatever else is necessary to get into that field.”
