Ice Cream in a Bag
You’ll need:
• 1/2 cup milk • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar • ice • 6 tablespoons salt
What to do:
1. Place milk, vanilla and sugar in a pint-size freezer bag and seal. 2. Fill a gallon-size freezer bag halfway with ice and add 6 tablespoons of salt (rock salt works best). 3. Put the smaller bag into the larger bag and seal. 4. Shake back and forth until mixture gets thick — and you have homemade ice cream! Serves 1.
