Talk the talk, walk the walk
Re: “Ferrandez’s F-bombs were right on target” (Martin Patriquin, May 2)
The Projet Montréal administration knows how to collect taxes, and yet we remember when Luc Ferrandez vowed not to remove snow in his borough and the rage it caused.
We also know Ferrandez was instrumental in closing Mount Royal to through traffic last year, to the dismay of people like me who need this roadway to get out of our downtown prison.
We aren’t a chalet community. We need decent roads and airports. We need tourism. We need hotels. And yes, we need oil and gas to heat our homes and drive our cars.
The days of the horse and buggy are history.
Perhaps it’s time for Ferrandez to take a walk in the woods, go live off the land, and stay there.
